Microblog post

My blog has been pretty quiet. I’m taking a summer break. I usually only get the time to write after dark when Charlie is sleeping, and it gets dark much later this time of year. Spending what little free time I have hanging out with my wife and reading. I’ll resume again sometime later in the year. For now, enjoying the break.

    Update on my blogging break:

    • I’m also pretty much off of social media and not checking my feed readers right now.
    • During the work day I’m focusing on navigating a role change at work.
    • Outside of work I’m reading more books.
    • I thought I’d be spending more time outside than I have been, but it is hot and muggy right now.
