This book is for anyone who is ready to grow in their personal or professional life. Recent high school and college grads, someone feeling stuck at their current state, artists stuck in a rut, someone starting a new job, and even high performers looking to take it to the next level will benefit from this book.

With 52 sections, this book is made to be followed a week at a time. Each section consists of a short essay and a list of action items to help you apply the principles throughout the week.

The only prerequisite for this book is that you have to be willing to do the work. If you can’t do that, this book isn’t for you. If you take the action items in each section seriously, you will experience more growth this year than you can imagine.

“Forward Tilt” will join the small collection of books I reread every year to keep myself focused on sharpening my skills and perfecting my craft. The others include “The War of Art”, “Anything You Want”, and “Poke The Box”.

Pick this book up and grow one week at a time.
